Terms

• Most of our larger products are made to order. All orders including custom sizes require full payment, usually billed twice on credit cards, a 50% deposit with order and 50% within approximately 48 Hrs.  In all cases, full payment is required before any of our products ship.
• All orders from our shop - FOB Houston, Texas.
• Canceled Orders or Refused Orders will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of total price and any additional shipping charges incurred by us.
• Any returns must be authorized by us and any returns must be in original condition and package.
• Other terms and conditions may apply in addition to the above concerning purchases with credit cards.
• Returns: You may return your product in original condition unopened, freight pre-paid after our authorization within seven days. All products MUST BE RETURNED and inspected by us before any credit is applied. A 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price applies to all saunas and hot tubs.
• Custom manufactured orders in most cases CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Lead Time

We build each redwood sauna or hot tub to your specifications. Once we have received your deposit and order, you can expect shipment in 10-20 working days or less! 

Shipping

Please note: The shipping quote provided is an estimate of charges based on the information you supplied and current rates and discounts. The actual charges will be based on the actual shipment, and any additional services that may be performed.  We will do our best to perform service at this level on every shipment, but once in a while, the service may be beyond our control.  Service delays due to access issues to delivery address that may occur can cause delay of shipment and or additional charges.   

Customer Support

You have made a considerable investment. We are here to help you with any problem you may have. To reduce the potential of incurring damages not covered by our warranty, we recommend the following:

* Read your manual before installing and/or before making any changes to your sauna or hot tub. Please seek our advice before making any modifications to product! In any case, we are not responsible for any installation or labor charges related to the installation of your hot tub or sauna.

* If you have any problems with our product requirements or installation procedures contact us immediately before proceeding. Contact Us Toll Free: 877-518-9698

* If you have any problem with your product, do not allow any third party to service or modify product without our authorization. In most cases, we will authorize or advise in writing either by fax, e-mail, or postal. Since we build our products, we know our products best. Damage caused by any third parties will not be covered and voids your warranty!

* Damaged Freight Claims must be handled as quickly as possibly. We take every precaution to assure that your shipment arrives as it left our shop. In the event that your shipment, or any parts arrive damaged, please contact us immediately...
